Samuel Mugisha D.C is an experienced Data Scientist with 14 years of experience in the Tech Industry. Previously, he worked as an AI resident at Apziva, a European firm providing AI solutions to banks. He worked with Mbarara University of Science and Technology for 6 years as Head of the Software Incubation and Innovation Unit. He is also co-founder at Streamline Health Tech, a software developer and provider, serving more than 120 health facilities in Uganda.
He holds a Master's degree in Advanced Computer Science from the University of Manchester, UK (2018), an MBA from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus (2016), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Business Applications from the University of Texas, USA (2025).
